Not long ago we made a behind the scenes video to show you what the quality control looks like at Guitar from Spain.

Regardless of how used we all are to buying things on the internet, we’re aware of the challenge that it is to buy a guitar without seeing it or trying it out first.

We are guitarists ourselves and we understand this better than anyone. That’s why our quality control department, together with our customer service department, are the key elements of our company.

In this control we check the following boxes:

• Overall finish
• String action
• Neck alignment
• Correct tuning
• Balanced sound
• Electronics (if any, of course)
